THE PROCESS

OliveHeart® is produced from a combination of different varieties of Spanish olives which have been grown and harvested in a prime site. They are pressed in the same location. The whole process is completely controlled, from the plantation of the olive tree, growing of the fruit, collecting of olives in their optimal moment of ripeness and immediate cold pressing and storage.

Until the exact moment of packaging, the oil is preserved into stainless steel deposits protected with nitrogen, “arriving in your cuisine with all guarantee of freshness, nutritional value and polyphenol content”.

It has been produced in a sustainable plant, under an integrated production system.

Traceability is completely guaranteed.

The research has been made at Finca Las Valdesas (Córdoba - Spain), a beautiful farm with different olive fruit varieties.
