Oliveheart® is a high polyphenol extra virgin olive oil (HP EVOO) obtained from fresh and healthy early harvested olives of the variety “Frantoio”, cultivated at “Las Valdesas” Farm, Cordoba (Spain). These olives were processed last November 2020 and have followed strict controls under the so-called “integrated system production”, respectful with environment. It has been analysed by Fat Institute of Seville, following the methodology standardized by the International Olive Oil Council (IOC).

Lot 0121 Description:
It has a flavour that recreates fresh herbs, maintains freshness from its early harvesting time. It's very nice in mouth, with a very light bitterness followed by a with a not smart pungency in terms of time and intensity. Its qualitative content in antioxidant phenolic compounds allows it to maintain a balanced and non-aggressive profile for sensitive palates, maintaining the duality health/flavour.

Las Valdesas Farm is a beautiful farm located in Cordoba, Andalusia, Spain.

This farm is unique because it has five varieties of olive fruits that contain oils with many diverse organoleptical properties that will surprise you.
